FrameworkPOS Removal Process (remove FrameworkPOS)

April 9, 2019

FrameworkPOS is a point-of-sale malware threat that is known for being used by hackers or cybercrooks who look to access and steal credit card data to sell over the Dark Web.

The actions of FrameworkPOS may actively attack point-of-sale systems where credit card details that are transmitted are intercepted and may allow remote hackers to take the details for themselves. Such an action may allow hackers to gather large numbers of credit card details so they can later be bundled up and sold to the highest bidder through the underground Internet that we know as the Dark Web.

It is important that computer users and terminal users always keep their system protected with a proper antivirus or antimalware tool so that system scans can be performed to detect and eliminate threats like FrameworkPOS.
